Randy is a Licensed Service Assistant supporting Kevin and Josh’s work to help their clients achieve their financial goals. Randy completed an MBA with an emphasis in Finance at Washburn University in 2007. Randy is also an adjunct business professor teaching for more than 10 years for Webster University at the Ft. Leavenworth campus. Randy recently retired from a 30-year career as a nonprofit executive with the Boy Scouts of America where he served throughout the Midwest with responsibilities in field service, finance and marketing.

Randy continues to work as a Scouting volunteer in Lawrence and Topeka. In his spare time, he enjoys hiking, camping and particularly cycling. At the age of 60, Randy started cycle racing competitively and competes regularly in races in Kansas, Missouri, Nebraska and Oklahoma. Randy and his wife Debbie have 4 children and have been married for 29 years.
